I'll be honest, I rarely carry a 'camera' anymore. It's just too heavy/valuable/attention-grabbing/whatever to hold when I'm walking to work or going to the grocery. However, those are the instances where I see images that appeal to me; everyday moments on the street. So instead of forcing myself to consciously bring a camera with me, I've been shooting with an iPhone.
The iPhone 6's camera is amazing and does a good enough job capturing what I want. It's 29mm (35mm equivalent) focal length forces me to step a little closer to my subjects. I usually see things at 35mm but for the last 6 months i've gotten used to the extra width and can fire off some reasonably well-exposed, in-focus, and compositionally sound shots.
The new iPhone section gives all my smartphone street shots a place to live.
